Group Chairman

AMAJU MELVIN PINNICK

A very intelligent and vibrant Nigerian entrepreneur, He is a global businessman with diverse interests in Onshore and Offshore Support Services, Construction and Engineering, Agriculture, Entertainment and Hospitality amongst others.

He is a 1994/1995 graduate of the Political Science and Public Administration Department of the prestigious University of Benin, Benin City.

The mastermind behind Brownhill Group, founded in 2001, Mr Pinnick's vision has been to develop Brownhill into a global conglomerate.

After recognizing the opportunity gaps in the various business sectors, he initiated Brownhill Group to bridge these gaps and has since partnered with major firms around the world to ensure the actualization of this noble vision.

Amaju Melvin Pinnick served as President of the Nigeria Football Federation from 2014-2022, The first Nigerian to have done two successive tenures.

Currently, he is a member of the CAF Executive Committee, having served as the first vice President from 2018-2019, He is also a member of the highly revered FIFA Council, He is a practical philanthropist.

Vice Chairman

Julie Onyemaechi Pinnick

Julie Onyemaechi Pinnick is a computer science graduate of the Lagos State University, and a member of various boards of companies, amongst which is Jclean services which at inception disrupted the industrial cleaning space in the country with its innovative and top-notch products and services.

She was the pioneer managing director of Brownhill Coliseum (formerly known as Brownhill events center), which arguably is the best one-stop event center in Nigeria.

She is reputed to have shown a rare administrative and innovative style of management.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Bemigho Wagbatsoma

Bemigho Wagbatsoma is a graduate of Economics and Statistics, with a Masters degree in energy and petroleum economics.

Bemigho is a strategic planner, intelligent business analyst, and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Brownhill Group.

Over the years, he has contributed to the growth of the group through the successful implemention and management of the various business endeavours.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he provides strategic input into all major decision-making processes with the responsibility for running the day-to-day operations of the group.

He is a seasoned economist with over twenty years experience, covering all aspects of organizational transformation, from strategy development and planning to process reengineering/review and organizational culture transformation.

Chief Financial Officer

Innocent Idoge

Seasoned and self-motivated Finance & Control Professional, a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 10 (ten) post qualification experience.

Master’s and bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting from the University of Benin with technical accounting background. He is detail-oriented, quality conscious, ethically-minded professional and a team player with diverse skills
and expertise in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Internal Controls and investigations.

He has over 10 (ten) years’ experience in audit, accounting and review of accounting systems and controls of
various organizations thereby contributing to the improvement of clients accounting and internal control
systems

Consultant Geologist

Mcdonald Wagbatsoma

Mr Mcdonald Wagbatsoma is a 1990 graduate of Geology from the University of Benin, Benin City.

He also has a Masters degree in applied petroleum geology.

Mcdonald has over three Decades work experience in the Nigeria oil and gas industry haven been involved in some high profile deep water wells for Statoil and Chevron.

Other completed task includes geological field work on hydro geophysics and borehole completion, detailed description and petrographic analysis on conventional cores, Mudlogging and geologic data analysis of over 1,000 wells in the Niger Delta Basin from the upper land of the Delta to the deep waters of Nigeria.

Group Executive Director - Southern Operations

Christopher Iyere

Mr. Christopher Iyere provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight for Brownhill Investment Company Limited, directing all Southern Operations under the Brownhill Group umbrella.

His role encompasses overseeing project execution, stakeholder engagement, operational management, and regional business
development. With a track record of excellence in organizational
leadership and strategic growth.

Mr. Iyere plays a pivotal role in aligning the company's activities with the broader goals of the Brownhill Group while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-impact engineering and support services.

Omasan Pinnick

Mr. Omasan Pinnick is responsible for the overall management of Brownhill Investment Company Limited. He oversees day-to-day operations, project management, client relations, and personnel performance to ensure the company maintains its reputation for quality and reliability.

His deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership ensure the successful implementation of our services, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Mr. Pinnick is instrumental in fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and innovation throughout the organization.
